In particular, and unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

• It does not provide financial or investment advisory services within the meaning of the Spanish Securities Market Act, and it is not registered as an investment firm or a financial advisory firm.
• It is not a credit institution. It does not grant loans or financing with its own funds, does not take repayable funds from the public and does not hold, manage or administer third-party funds or assets.
• It does not act as a mortgage credit intermediary for the purposes of Spanish Act 5/2019, of 15 March, regulating real estate credit agreements, and it does not provide credit intermediation services to consumers.
• It does not provide legal, tax, technical or expert advisory services. Where such services are required, they are provided by independent professionals with their own professional qualifications and liability, with whom the client maintains a direct relationship.

TG Global Invest's services are aimed at companies, financial institutions, professional investors and industry professionals, and not at consumers within the meaning of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
